The project developed for Foxconn, one of the largest and most influential manufacturers in the world of technology and electronics, stood out for its direct manufacturing in its plantsWith the support of our machinery moved to the site, the following were produced: More than 7,000 meters of spiroduct in different diameters, guaranteeing industrial quality and meeting the highest HVAC standards. This on-site production model allowed for optimized timelines and ensured delivery of the required volume in record time.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to manufacture a large volume of spiroducts, in different diameters, within an operating environment, which required precision, efficiency and speed. At the same time, it was decided produce the connections in our plant, where we have specialized processes to guarantee strict quality control and optimal results, without compromising delivery times.

The Solution

The strategy of combining the On-site manufacturing with our machinery and the parallel production of connections in the plant This allowed the project objectives to be achieved on time and in the correct manner. This demonstrated Metal Duct's ability to adapt to major industrial demands and deliver certified and high-quality products at every stage of production.
